Ruth Caspar op, member of the Dominican Sisters of St Mary of the Springs, Columbus, Ohio (USA), was Professor of Philosophy at Ohio Dominican University from 1968 to 2003. From 1983 to 1996 she also served as Consultant for Bioethics in Catholic Healthcare Facilities. Her areas of research and publication include bioethics and philosophy of religion.
